10:00 – Onwards - Guests to arrive at Lee Valley Velodrome
Guests are shown to the Velodrome infield where breakfast is served
Welcome to the Velodrome & Q&A with Cycling Celebrity (Optional extra)                     
Cycling instruction from Velodrome instructors.
12:00 – Guests proceed to changing rooms to change in to cycling clothing.
12:10 – Guests to receive safety briefing from the Velodrome staff
12:25 – First activity begins
13:40 – All guests congregate in the Velodrome infield where a three-course lunch is served
14:20 – Second activity begins
15:35 – Third activity begins
16:50 – Activities end and guests proceed to changing rooms to shower and change
17:40 – Prize giving with gifts presented plus photos on the Winners’ Podium
