Terms & Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions of Booking for Euro Events London Ltd.

By visiting, using or ordering from this website by email, social media or verbally, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of your organisation, hosts and guests and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing these methods.

1. The Contract...
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Euro Events (Euro Events London Ltd) and the Client making the order (the Client) when Euro Events confirms the requirements for the programme of activity (the Event) which the Client then confirms by sending confirmation communication in the form of an email and/or a signed Confirmation of Booking Form.

2. Confirmation of Booking...
In most instances Euro Events will draw up the Confirmation of Booking Form and email this to the client at the time of receiving a verbal or written confirmation. This online document will require an electronic E–Signature from the client by return to confirm the booking and which then becomes legally binding under UK and European Union Laws as established by The Electronic Communications Act 2000. This confirms the legal status of electronic signatures and grants them the same legality as pen and paper documents.

3. Payment...
Full payment is due within 7 business days upon receipt of our invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been arranged. Invoices will be emailed to you. Full payment is to be made by bank transfer direct to our bank, details of which are provided on our invoice. Payment can also be made by debit or credit card. In certain cases by agreement, we can also accept cash.

Euro Events reserves the right to add a service charge of 3% on all payments made by company credit cards. No service charge is made on personal debit or credit card payments. If you are paying by card please kind notify us which type of card you are using.

Please note that for new clients paying by credit or debit card, we will require sight of the actual card or a copy of both sides of the card scanned and sent to us by email at the time of booking. Without sight of the actual card details we will be unable to process the booking payment in this way, but will still accept a same day bank transfer.

4. Cancellation by Client...
In the unfortunate situation that you need to cancel your booking, notification is required to us in writing. If cancelling is more than 10 weeks prior to the event, or 12 weeks in the case of an overseas event, then the client will be liable for 50% of the full price. Cancellations made within 10 weeks of the event, or 12 weeks in the case of an overseas event, the client will be liable for full payment. However, Euro Events will endeavour to resell the packages ordered on the client’s behalf, at which point, if successful, a charge of 10% of the full value will be made. Should any event/occasion be cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the client will have no entitlement to any refund of monies paid. It is the responsibility of the client to adequately insure themselves against postponement or cancellation, for whatever reason, of the event. The provisions of the S1(2) of the Law reform Act 1943 (or any re-enactment thereof) shall not apply to any agreement between Euro Events and the client.

In relation to third parties, Euro Events accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, howsoever caused. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to; war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, industrial dispute, adverse weather or all similar events outside our control), Euro Events shall endeavour to ensure that alternative arrangements are offered that are of at least equal or superior standard.
